William Campbell Gallery is excited to present Acanthis, a group exhibition. Acanthis consists of many of the gallery’s long-time established artists including Woodrow Blagg, Michelle Benoit, Otis Jones, Alex Katz, Scottie Parsons, Julie Lazarus, Bernd Haussmann, Billy Hassell, Jeff Kellar, Kevin Tolman, Tom Hollenback, Lloyd Martin and many more. “We want people to come in and enjoy the art like they would in their homes, and we hope this particular exhibition coupled with new renovations at the gallery will really contribute to a feeling of familiarity and the overall aesthetic of feeling at home.”

Founded in 1974, William Campbell Gallery exhibits high-quality contemporary art in a variety of media, including paintings, works on paper, mixed-media constructions, photography, prints, ceramics, and sculpture. By exhibiting nationally recognized artists, along with new and emerging talent, the gallery aims to nurture an awareness and appreciation of the exciting diversity found in contemporary art.
